This project delivers a data-driven competitive market analysis of three leading sneaker brands—Nike, Adidas, and New Balance—integrating financial data with AI-powered customer sentiment analysis. The study evaluates flagship models (Nike Air Force 1, Adidas Samba, and New Balance 1906R) to uncover how product design, comfort, and brand positioning influence market performance.

By blending qualitative insights from over 90 verified consumer reviews with quantitative sales and pricing data, the analysis reveals each brand’s unique strategic strengths and weaknesses.

Nike sustains strong cultural relevance but faces pressure to modernize comfort and value.
